Q.What is the product lead time?
A:3 to 5 days for samples, 20 to 25 calendar days for mass production.

A: HK Able factory is a ISO certified national high technology company. We have more than 10 years LCD manufacturing experience and with 6 advanced full automatic production lines. We strictly follows and action with the high Quality standard during product design, IQC, PQC and OQC process. We also understand that the quality is related to our reputation and it decides how far we can go, in which can ensure the best quality and production capacity of the products.

Q.How does HK Able ensures the continuosly supply and components not EOL?
A:We keep good and close partnership with the main materials suppliers which can ensure the continually supply and lock the best cost for your project. Before we start the project, we will make fully understanding of your projects need and make recommendation functional, cost and make sure components can make at least 3 to 5 years continuously supply. We will also recommend you to lock suitable inventory when the components in its low cost range as the projects goes by.

Q.If the customization available?
A:Besides the normally regular sizes and standard products we are in supplying, the customization on FPC, backlight brightness, cover glass, touch panel are also warmly welcomed.
